My Chosen Bliss was born from a simple truth: wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. For too long, women have been told how they “should” heal, how they “should” look, and what it takes to be “well.” But real transformation doesn’t come from performing someone else’s version of well-being; it comes from reclaiming your own.
Our goal is to help women reconnect with the wisdom of their body, align their habits with their energy, and move through emotional layers with compassion and courage. This is a space for messy growth, body regulation, mindset shifts, and authentic embodiment... not aesthetic perfection or quick fixes.

My Chosen Bliss blossomed out of my own healing journey. For years, I tried to fit myself into boxes that didn’t feel right. I overextended, shut down my emotions, and lost touch with the rhythms of my body. Eventually, I found myself navigating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health issues. The path back wasn’t linear, but it was transformative.
Today, I guide women through the same process of coming home to themselves - to their body, their truth, and their inner wisdom.
This work is deeply personal, and it’s my greatest honor to walk alongside others on their own journey.
